This game is full of neat tricks to reduce the time you spend moving around. 

One of those is the "tab", pressing tab will automatically select the oldest request.

And i heard the others had to do with numbers or whitespaces?

The "normal mode" is beatable, 12 levels. 

Hard mode might as well be free mode. It's infinite and will become more and more difficult as you level up.
